Biography
James Fabbrini earned his law degree from DePaul University College of Law in 2000 and his bachelor of arts degree from the State University of New York at Oswego in 1995, where he also played varsity hockey as a goaltender.
Known for his professionalism, James is a tireless advocate for his client’s rights. He has experience litigating and settling all types of criminal defense cases and personal injury claims. He has tried more than 100 jury trials, countless bench trials, and argued numerous hearings and motions on behalf of his clients. With 25 years of courtroom experience, James has earned a reputation as one of the top trial lawyers in Chicago and is oftentimes retained by other attorneys to take difficult cases to trial.
James has conducted educational conferences and seminars and has helped mentor many new litigators in the fields of criminal defense and personal injury law. His firm also sponsors an internship program under which prospective law school applicants are introduced to the many different aspects of the practice of law in Cook County.
